Position: Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both back-end and front-end tasks, building scalable features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Ruby on Rails
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Work on front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or similar frameworks are a plus)
• Integrate databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture
• Experience with ActiveRecord, background jobs, and REST APIs
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
• Basic to intermediate front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with React, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks
• Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Basic DevOps or deployment knowledge
