Full Stack Software Developer (Frontend Heavy) - Healthcare SaaS

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating innovative solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that enhance our IT infrastructure and meet the needs of our clients. This role requires proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks, as well as a solid understanding of agile methodologies.

Duties

• Build core product UI (Dashboard, Messaging, Deliveries, Scheduling, Forms)
• Implement reusable component architecture
• Build real-time interfaces (WebSockets / polling / optimistic UI)
• Implement secure role-based UX flows (pharmacist, driver, admin)
• Convert Figma flows → production UI
• Integrate APIs (PioneerRx, ShipStation, SMS, Scheduling)
• Handle large-list rendering (10k messages/records)
• Manage state (Redux Toolkit / React Query / Zustand)
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers & PM
• Design, develop, and implement software applications using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, C#, and Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end development using React Express.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Utilize version control systems such as GitHub and SVN for code management.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring security best practices (RBAC).
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills.

Skills

Experience

• 3 years of full-stack development
• Design and maintain frontend architecture & reusable components
• Deliver high-performance UI (virtualized lists, pagination, caching)
• Work closely with backend engineers on contracts & data flows
• Convert business workflows into production-ready screens
• Ensure HIPAA-safe rendering (no PHI leakage in UI/logs/session)
• Write clean, well-structured TypeScript and document decisions
• Proven experience in software development with a focus on web development.
• Proficiency in IT infrastructure management and application development.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems is a plus.
• Experience with quantum engineering concepts is beneficial but not required.
