SUMMARY

We’re hiring a full-stack developer with 2–3 years of experience. You will build, ship, and run web products across backend, frontend, and AWS. Python, JavaScript, and AWS are required.

FULL-STACK SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES

- Languages: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript

- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, FastAPI, Django, Flask, REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets

- Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue.js, Redux/RTK, Zustand/Recoil, React Query/SWR, Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3

- Testing & Quality: Pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, unit/integration/e2e testing, type-safety (mypy/TypeScript)

- Messaging & Jobs: Celery/RQ, BullMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, event-driven patterns, DLQs

- Auth & Security: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, Auth0, AWS Cognito, CSRF/XSS/OWASP, least-privilege IAM, WAF, secrets management

- Performance: caching (Redis/CDN), SQL indexing/query plans, async I/O, profiling, cost optimization on AWS

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Deliver features end-to-end: database → APIs → UI → deploy → monitor.

- Write clean, tested code in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Design REST/GraphQL APIs, model data, write SQL, and tune queries.

- Deploy and operate services on AWS using CI/CD and IaC.

- Monitor performance, fix issues quickly, and improve reliability.

- Break large problems into small shippable tasks and iterate fast with product/design.

MUST-HAVES (2–3 YEARS EXPERIENCE)

- 2–3 years building and shipping production web apps.

- Strong Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; confident on both backend and frontend.

- Hands-on AWS experience (Lambda or ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch).

- Solid foundations: SQL, REST, Git, testing, CI/CD, troubleshooting.

- Bias to action, clear communication, and ownership of work in production.
