Full-Stack Software Engineer (MVP Builder)

Position Summary

We are hiring a Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and ship an MVP with a production mindset. This is a delivery role: weekly increments, strong engineering fundamentals, disciplined documentation, and reliable execution.

Reporting Line

Reports to the Founder for milestones; works day-to-day with the Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

· Build MVP features end-to-end (frontend, backend, database).

· Implement secure APIs and a clean data model suitable for transactional workflows.

· Deliver an internal admin console for operational monitoring and exception handling.

· Integrate required third-party services (e.g., notifications/messaging; others as required).

· Maintain baseline logging/monitoring and produce clear technical documentation (setup, deployment, API notes).

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

· Education: Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

· Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on full-stack development with demonstrable shipped work (portfolio, repository links, or detailed walkthrough).

· Backend skills: REST APIs, authentication/authorization, database design, transactional workflows.

· Frontend skills: workflow-based UI implementation.

· Security and reliability fundamentals: access control, traceability, disciplined debugging, and practical testing.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with marketplace/workflow-based products.

· Experience integrating payments, messaging, identity, or similar services.

· Familiarity with CI/CD basics and observability.

Expected Deliverables (Non-Negotiable)

Within 60–90 days, the engineer must deliver:

· MVP v0.1 running in staging (end-to-end flows functional).

· Admin Console v1 (user management, workflow oversight, exception handling).

· Technical Documentation Pack v1 (setup guide, deployment notes, API documentation).

· Observability Baseline v1 (logging for key actions and basic monitoring).
