Full-Stack Software Engineers

Job Purpose:

• The engineers will work on analyzing, developing, supporting, maintaining, and improving the current and future systems and digital services under the guidance of the Organization. These tasks will involve judicial, administrative systems, e-portals, electronic services, and integration with government systems, following cybersecurity and confidentiality policies.

• Detailed Tasks:
• Analysis and Design: Understand functional and technical requirements and translate them into executable designs.
• Web Application Development: Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Framework, Core .NET, MVC, and WebForms.
• Front-end Development: Build user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Integration: Create web services and APIs using SOAP, JSON, and REST.
• Database Management: Manage Oracle and SQL Server databases and perform performance tuning and queries.
• Mobile Application Development: Develop or maintain mobile applications using Flutter or Native React.
• Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; support deployment and release management.
• Documentation: Update technical documentation, installation guides, user manuals, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Code Review and Improvement: Participate in code reviews, optimize code quality, improve performance, and address security concerns.
• Required Skills:
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ReactJS, ASP.NET, Web Services (REST, SOAP), Oracle databases, .NET Technologies, Flutter or React Native, multithreaded applications, and performance optimization.
• Experience: At least 7 years of experience in web development and 2 years in ReactJS and mobile app development.

• Must be disciplined, proactive, able to work in teams, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO350.000 - RO500.000 per month
