About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to take charge of our core platform. This role is ideal for someone who wants to own both product and platform, and build something that scales across cities, vendors, and high-volume user traffic.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack architecture (MongoDB, Express, React, Node) and evolve it to meet scale, reliability, and speed requirements.
• Lead a small, nimble team of engineers while staying hands-on with code, design reviews, and technical decisions.
• Architect and implement microservices and event-driven components (Kafka or similar).
• Build and optimize a robust DevOps pipeline: CI/CD, automated testing, staging workflows, and GitOps practices.
• Champion cloud-native development — deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot apps on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver features
• Implement best practices in observability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Guide technical strategy and evaluate tradeoffs in new tools, libraries, and architecture choices.

Must-Have Qualification

• 8+ years of full-stack experience, with at least 2+ years leading projects or teams
• Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.
• Proven experience architecting scalable systems with clear modular boundaries.
• Hands-on with AWS or similar cloud platforms and solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Comfortable working with message queues or pub/sub architectures.
• Strong grasp of REST APIs, async systems, and data consistency models.
• Experience working in a startup or product-led environment

Preferred :-

• Exposure to Next.js, SSR/SEO for dynamic pages.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, or ElasticSearch.
• Experience transitioning from monolith to microservices.
