Full-Stack Technical Product Lead (React, Supabase, AI-Assisted Development)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full-Stack Technical Product Lead who can think like a product owner and execute like a senior developer.

This is not a traditional developer role. You will work closely with leadership and AI tools to ship features quickly, review and improve AI-generated code, manage production systems, and coordinate freelancers when needed.

You will own the technical execution of the product, from frontend to backend to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, debug, and enhance AI-generated code (React + TypeScript)
• Own and maintain the Supabase backend (PostgreSQL, auth, RLS policies, edge functions)
• Manage production deployments, domains, SSL, and releases
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
• Integrate third-party services (payments, email, analytics, etc.)
• Coordinate and brief freelancers (designers, content creators, specialists)
• Help structure and upload digital content (courses, ebooks, learning resources)
• Perform QA testing before launches and updates
• Prioritize features based on business and user impact
• Act as the technical bridge between product vision and execution

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with React + TypeScript
• Strong experience with Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaS platforms
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS
• Experience using Git/GitHub for version control and deployments
• Proven experience shipping at least one product to production
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong communication skills (able to explain technical decisions clearly)
• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

• Experience with mobile apps (Capacitor or React Native)
• PWA experience
• Payment integrations (Stripe or similar)
• SEO or analytics integration experience
• EdTech, LMS, or content-driven platform experience
• Video streaming or media handling experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
