Full-Stack Web App Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Stack Web App Developer to help build a standalone, web-based operational platform. The system is designed to replace manual workflows with a clean and reliable digital experience.

This is not an integration role. The platform operates independently and does not rely on third-party system integrations in its initial version.

The product is early-stage, with initial designs already prepared.

Responsibilities:

Frontend

• Build and maintain a web application using React / Next.js
• Implement dashboard-style user interfaces and workflows
• Handle state-based interactions and user actions
• Ensure usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Implement basic analytics and summary views

Backend

• Build backend APIs to support core application workflows
• Design and maintain simple, reliable data models
• Handle workflow states and permissions
• Support basic reporting and data exports

Requirements:

• Experience building web applications end-to-end
• Working knowledge of React / Next.js
• Basic backend experience (Node.js or similar)
• Familiarity with relational databases (Postgres or similar)
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
• Comfortable working in an early-stage environment with evolving requirements

Nice to Have:

• Experience with dashboard-style or internal tools
• Experience with analytics or reporting features
• Experience working from Figma designs

Salary:

This role offers a monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 INR, with an additional performance-based bonus of up to ₹20,000 INR if the product is delivered to expectations.

Compensation may increase over time based on performance and company growth.
