Full Stack Web Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js / Next.js and Node.js.
• Collaborate closely within a cross-functional team to handle both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Build reusable React components and manage application state using Redux or Context API.
• Create engaging and interactive user interfaces with animations using GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Work with MongoDB and Express.js, integrating and managing RESTful APIs.
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party APIs and external services.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Follow modern coding standards, participate in code reviews, and contribute actively to technical discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, MongoDB, and Express.js.
• Proven experience with animation libraries and techniques in React (e.g., GSAP, Framer Motion, React Spring, CSS animations).
• Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning attitude.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and modern web application architecture.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Next.js or GraphQL.
• Interest in cloud platforms such as GCP or Firebase.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Docker.
• Understanding of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth) and general web security principles.
