Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer (Laravel) for a full-time, on-site role in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Laravel. This role requires hands-on development expertise along with strong leadership capabilities.

In addition to development responsibilities, the candidate will lead and manage a team of 10–15 developers, providing technical direction, mentorship, task allocation, and performance monitoring. The role also involves overseeing projects across multiple technologies, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality output, and effective collaboration with designers, developers, and project managers. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving scalability, performance, security, and overall engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel
• Build and optimize user-facing features with a focus on performance and usability
• Manage databases, application architecture, and system integrations
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
• Lead, mentor, and manage a development team of 10–15 members
• Oversee multiple projects across various technologies and ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines
• Enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong expertise in Back-End Development, particularly with Laravel
• Solid front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• In-depth understanding of full-stack development and software engineering principles
• Experience with database design, optimization, and management
• Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot complex applications
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of 10–15 developers
• Strong project oversight and multi-tasking capabilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and task management skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
