Full Stack Web Developer (Lead / Senior)

Role Summary:
Lead the technical build of the entire SKY OUTREACH website including front-end and back-end development, CMS integration, third-party tool connections, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-performance website using Webflow / Framer / WordPress (based on choice)
• Implement site architecture and navigation according to the provided sitemap
• Integrate Calendly/GoHighLevel for demo bookings, Stripe for payments, and WATI for WhatsApp automation
• Build custom forms, workflows, and CRM integrations via Zapier or API connections
• Optimize site speed (lazy loading, media compression) and ensure mobile responsiveness
• Implement SEO best practices and analytics tracking (GA4, Hotjar)
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to implement UI/UX design
• Troubleshoot and maintain website post-launch

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue (optional)
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer)
• API integration experience (Stripe, Calendly, GoHighLevel, Zapier)
• Experience with Google Analytics and performance optimization
• Understanding of mobile-first design and responsive frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience:

• 4+ years in web development
• Portfolio of SaaS, marketing, or lead-gen websites preferred

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
