Full Stack Web Developer (MERN Stack)

Sprouto is looking for a Full Stack Developer (2.5–3 years of experience) to join our dynamic and fast-growing tech team! If you’re passionate about building high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript technologies, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js / Next.js and Node.js.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver both front-end and back-end solutions.
• Build reusable components and manage state efficiently using Redux or Context API.
• Create interactive UIs with animations using GSAP or Framer Motion.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Ensure smooth integration of third-party APIs and external services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Follow modern coding standards, participate in code reviews, and share best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2.5–3 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Strong experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, or React Spring).
• Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern web architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Next.js or GraphQL.
• Familiarity with GCP, Firebase, or Docker.
• Understanding of JWT/OAuth authentication and web security principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
