What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize high-performance, responsive websites and web apps.
• Work on both front-end (React, Next.js, HTML/CSS, Tailwind) and back-end (Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, Python/Django) technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and project managers to turn design ideas into functional products.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services to enhance site performance and functionality.
• Maintain high-quality code through testing, version control (Git), and documentation.
• Optimize sites for SEO, speed, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, and ensure ongoing updates for partner agencies.
• Participate in team code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind.
• Experience with one or more backend frameworks: Node.js, Express, PHP/Laravel, or Python/Django.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, JSON, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow is a bonus.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on clean, scalable code.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or DigitalOcean).
