Full-Stack Web Developer (UI/UX & DevOps)

We are looking for a versatile Web Expert who is as comfortable in Figma as they are in the terminal. You will be the technical lead for our web projects, responsible for creating stunning user interfaces, developing high-level frontend and backend functionality, and managing the end-to-end deployment process across various hosting environments (Hostinger, AWS, or VPS).

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Prototyping:
• Design intuitive, high-converting user interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to define user journeys before development begins.
• High-Level Development:
• Develop responsive, "pixel-perfect" websites using modern stacks (e.g., React, Next.js, or advanced WordPress/PHP).
• Build and integrate custom functionalities, APIs, and databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to ensure the web application is dynamic and scalable.
• Web Functionality & Optimization:
• Ensure all sites are optimized for speed (Core Web Vitals) and SEO.
• Implement advanced features like custom dashboards, e-commerce checkouts, and AI-driven elements (relevant for our AgencyOS project).
• Server & Hosting Management:
• Set up and maintain hosting environments, specifically Hostinger, Bluehost, and VPS solutions.
• Manage DNS settings, SSL certificates, professional email setups, and migration of sites between servers.
• Implement regular backups and security protocols to prevent hacks or downtime.

Technical Skills Required

Must-Have Skills:

Design Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Visual Hierarchy, Typography
Frontend HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind/Sass), JavaScript (ES6+), React.js
Backend PHP (Laravel or custom), Node.js, RESTful APIs
CMS Advanced WordPress (Custom Theme & Plugin Development)

DevOps Hostinger hPanel, cPanel, SSH, Git/GitHub, DNS Management

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role (Agency experience is a massive plus).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing both design aesthetics and functional web projects.
• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex server-side errors and "broken" web functionalities independently.
• Communication: Able to explain technical hurdles to the marketing team and clients clearly.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 22 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Islamabad
