The Role

As a Senior Web Developer, you will take the lead in building, customizing, and optimizing high-performance websites. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate with designers, marketers, and creative teams to turn ideas into impactful digital experiences. You’ll be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect, scalable, and secure web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor and other modern tools.
• Build responsive, SEO-friendly, and performance-optimized websites.
• Create custom themes, templates, and plugins when needed.
• Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to deliver projects on time.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Proactively optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, and security.
• Stay current with WordPress, Elementor, and web development best practices.

About You

• 6+ years of professional web development experience.
• Proven expertise in WordPress & Elementor (front-end & back-end).
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with responsive design & cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiar with SEO principles and site performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1+) for daily communication.
• Experience with WooCommerce, API integrations, or other CMS platforms.
