Full-Stack Web & Mobile App Developer (Potential CTO Role)

**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Web & Mobile App Developer** with at least **1–2 years of experience** in building scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and teamwork — and has the ambition to grow into a **CTO position** as the company expands.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain responsive web and mobile applications.

- Collaborate with the design and backend teams to deliver complete solutions.

- Integrate APIs and third-party services.

- Troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.

- Contribute ideas for new features and process improvements.

**Requirements:**

- 1–2 years of experience in web and/or mobile development.

- Strong knowledge of technologies such as **JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Flutter, or React Native**.

- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Firebase, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
