Full Stack Wordpress Developer

Hashlogics, a Lahore based software development company is currently looking for a talented Full Stack WordPress Developer with a passion for theme and plugin development to help us build and maintain cutting-edge websites for our diverse clientele.
JOB DESCIPTION:
As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript). You will work closely with our design team to bring their vision to life and ensure seamless user experiences.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Develop custom WordPress themes from scratch.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities.
• Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional websites.
• Implement new features using advanced custom fields (ACF).
• Manage front-end and back-end development, including database management and server-side code.
• Utilize Bootstrap and other responsive frameworks to ensure mobile-friendly designs.
• Work with Elementor/Elementor Pro to create and manage website content.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
• Optimize website performance and ensure best practices for security and SEO.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in custom WordPress theme development (at least one project).
• Proven experience in plugin development (at least one plugin).
• Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL.
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for WordPress.
• Experience working with page builders, especially Elementor and Elementor Pro.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 1.5 Year experience working in web development and interface design
• BS degree in CS, IT or related fields

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Experience with other WordPress plugins and tools (e.g., WooCommerce, Yoast SEO).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with basic SEO practices and principles.
