About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-StackWordPress Developer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of WordPress, performance optimization, custom PHP development, and security best practices. You will work closely with our team to improve the website’s performance, enhance security, and implement custom features while ensuring the stability of the platform. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Core Web Vitals Optimization: Optimize all pages of the website to meet the required Core Web Vitals, ensuring fast load times, good interactivity, and visual stability.
• Custom Schema Markup: Implement custom schema markup with tailored fields on each page for enhanced SEO and better search engine visibility.
• Website Security: Develop and implement custom security solutions in PHP to protect the site from bots, malware attacks, and other vulnerabilities.
• PHP Version Upgrade: Upgrade the PHP version of the website while ensuring that no design, functionality, or features are affected.
• Web Development (Frontend & Backend): Develop, maintain, and optimize both frontend and backend features of the website, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that follows best practices and standards.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify issues, troubleshoot bugs, and provide timely solutions to keep the website running smoothly.
• Collaboration with UI/UX Designers: Convert UI/UX designs into functional interfaces, ensuring the website is responsive and user-friendly across all devices.
• API & Third-Party Integration: Integrate APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, ensuring the implementation of best practices and high-quality code.
• Create New Websites from scratch

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).

Backend:

• Extensive experience with WordPress and custom PHP development.
• Experience in optimizing website performance for Core Web Vitals.
• Proven experience in adding custom schema markup (JSON-LD, schema.org).
• Strong PHP knowledge for creating and customizing website security features to prevent attacks and vulnerabilities.
• Experience upgrading PHP versions without disrupting website functionality.

Database & Tools:

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Version control experience with Git/GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of deployment on servers (e.g., cPanel, VPS, etc.).

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
