Job description

We are looking for a Part time System Admin / DevOps to operate and improve our production infrastructure.

This role is remote and requires proficiency in both written and spoken English, clear communication, and excellent judgement around security and reliability.

You will be managing multiple websites and web apps across multiple providers to ensure systems are patched, stable, and secure. You will respond to incidents, investigate issues, fix vulnerabilities (including malware or other critical risks), and work proactively to reduce repeat outages.

Our stack includes:

• WordPress sites (cPanel, hPanel, custom panels)
• React apps (CI/CD)
• DNS, email support, and general infrastructure management and operations (Migrations, VPS, cloud providers)

Responsibilities

• Provide clear plans, risk assessments, and recommendations before executing production changes
• Be proactive in providing frequent, clear status updates during work and incidents (what you found, what you’re doing next, ETA/risk when relevant).
• Respond to production incidents, resolve issues in an efficient but safe manner, and work to reduce repeat outages.
• Manage migrations, backups, restores, DNS changes, SSL/TLS, and email-related issues
• Improve reliability through automation, documentation, and best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, alerts)
• Proactively identify vulnerabilities, cleanup malware and harden
• Be comfortable working with imperfect infrastructure and improving it over time

Pay: Rs27,699.00 per month
