Full-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to play a key role in a growing team? We’re looking for a dependable Accounts Payable Specialist to join us full-time!

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage vendor accounts and respond to inquiries
• Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Manage tax-exempt paperwork and distribute to vendors as needed
• Set up and maintain vendor files, including updating W-9s and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of accounts payable or related experience
• Commercial HVAC Industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong communication skills

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
