Bourke Accounting – New Albany, IN
Bourke Accounting is seeking a dependable, professional, and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting daily office operations and serving as the first point of contact for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative, office management, or professional office experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, organization, and time management
- Ability to multitask and work through complex tasks methodically
- Willingness to learn about taxes and assist with client communication regarding tax returns
- Proactive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Peak season (January 15 – April 15) may require extended hours and occasional Saturdays
- This is not a remote position
