This position offers the opportunity to work directly with a busy business owner while interacting with team members, customers, and vendors. The right candidate will play a key role in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly.

Position Overview

This is a full-time remote role supporting executive-level administrative functions. The Administrative Assistant will manage communications, scheduling, and a variety of operational tasks in a fast-paced but structured environment.

We are looking for someone dependable, highly organized, and responsive during standard business hours. Over time, this individual will become a trusted partner in supporting leadership and coordinating internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize email communications
  • Maintain and coordinate calendar, appointments, and scheduling
  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
  • Communicate professionally with staff, customers, and vendors
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Maintain digital files and records
  • Track follow-ups and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with various administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Entry-level; prior administrative experience preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Comfortable using video conferencing platforms
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Dedicated, professional home workspace
