Full Time Baby Nanny Needed in Frisco

A welcoming professional family in Frisco is searching for a nurturing, engaging nanny to grow with them from these precious infant days into the school-age years. This is not just a position — it’s a long-term partnership. This is an opportunity for a nanny who wants to feel valued, trusted, and truly part of a family’s journey. Mom will be transitioning back to work from maternity leave and will be home for the first few weeks. Dad works outside of the home. They are hoping to find someone who is experienced and truly delights in babies — someone who lights up watching a little one discover her hands, hear a new sound, or experience the world on a morning walk.

The Days Will Include:

• Lots of cuddles
• Loving, attentive infant care
• Baby laundry and keeping nursery spaces tidy
• Washing bottles and pump parts
• Introducing solids when the time is appropriate
• Walks, songs, books, tummy time, and joyful play

The Ideal candidate will:

• Support developmental milestones in a thoughtful, age-appropriate way
• Create calm, consistent routines
• Has 3+ years of newborn experience
• Understands early developmental stages
• Is organized, proactive, and naturally warm
• Communicates openly and values partnership with parents
• Pet Lover: Sweet 22 lb Goldendoodle

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
