We are a small neighborhood pub that packs a mighty punch! We are a group of customer service pros that truly love food and drink. Most of us have bar tended for at least 8 years and still LOVE what we do. Each day we come in ready to create a memorable experience for our customers. We go the extra mile to ensure above average service and product quality. We don't throw french fries in a basket and we don't garnish with brown limes, lol. We give a damn about this industry and are striving to raise the bar to ensure it's longevity. They call people like us LIFERS and I wear that badge with pride. We are looking for beautiful humans who feel the same way.

No grumpy dive bar energy, no burnt out vibes, no "know it all" vets and no "too cool for school" mixologists that mock the less informed PLEASE.

We work hard, we keep a spotless space and we communicate with each other to ensure we take care of not only the customer but also each other.

I do not schedule Clopens, everyone gets consecutive days off, your schedule will be your own and we close at 11, so you're done by 11:30 at the latest. Payday is every Saturday and everyone works together to cover time off requests so we can take care of our work/home life balance.

This position has similarities to other bar tending jobs only by way of the black and white duties we are all responsible for... Making the drinks, cleaning the glassware, taking the orders and dropping the food.

However, that is where the similarities end. This a space where the intention behind the drink matters, the care you take to craft a spectator cocktail, the effort you put in understanding your customers needs and anticipate them before they even have to ask.

Our industry has been beat up pretty bad. The recent stewards have dismantled customer service to save a buck. They have cheapened the experience, they have pulverized the products and they stripped the pride in our extraordinary profession.

WE ARE THE CREATORS OF LIFELONG MEMORIES! And maybe no one else takes that seriously, but I DO, and my team does, and we are looking for the right person to carry on this rare talent with.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Operate the POS systems efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food and beverages.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during banquets or special events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Pull Tabs a plau
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to beverage service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
