Full Time Barista

We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused full-time barista to prepare coffee and other beverages, provide excellent service, and maintain a clean, organized work area. The role requires efficiency during busy hours, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and other menu items according to company standards
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash or card payments
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, equipment, dining areas, and service stations
• Restock cups, ingredients, milk, syrups, and other supplies
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Open or close the store as assigned
• Help manage customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Work closely with team members during peak hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous café, food service, or customer service experience is required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate supplies
