Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service to enhance their experience.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and serving areas.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality.
• restocking supplies, and ensuring the café remains inviting and organized.

Skills

• Proven experience as a barista or in food service environments with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for smooth cashiering operations.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
