Full-Time Bartender

• River Crest Golf Club is seeking an experienced and outgoing Bartender to join our Team.

This position will anticipate member needs and provide a memorable experience. This is a great opportunity to be part of a team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Craft beverages with excellence according to company specifications for our guests at the bar and dining room.
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis by restocking and and replenishing inventory and supplies.
• Responsible for serving food and beverages, and ensuring member satisfaction.
• Stay Member focused and promote excellent member experience.
• Keep bar and surrounding areas neat and clean during set-up, service, and tear down.
• Be a true Team player and support other Front of the House positions as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year fine dining experience.

Minimum 2 year Bartending experience

RAMP Certification required.

Demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional guest service.

Outgoing personality, positive attitude, professionalism and strong communication skills.

Must study to learn and describe all items we sell.

Planning drink menus and informing members about new beverages and specials.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
