Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Lash Extension Specialist to join our team in Oman. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for delivering top-quality lash services while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, precision, and client care.

The Lash Extension Specialist will conduct client consultations, apply lash extensions, perform maintenance treatments, and ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming service environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a passion for beauty excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Professional Lash Extension Services, Including

Classic

Volume

Hybrid styles

Conduct client consultations to assess eye shape, preferences, and suitability

Apply, refill, and remove lash extensions safely and precisely

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workstation at all times

Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service

Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend suitable products

Stay updated with the latest lash trends, techniques, and products

Upsell lash and beauty-related services where appropriate

Comply with salon hygiene, safety, and service standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Lash Extension Specialist

OR

GCC Experience Is Highly Preferred

Proven expertise in classic, volume, and hybrid lash techniques

Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices

Excellent customer service and communication skills

High attention to detail and artistic eye

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site salon environment

Lash extension certifications and relevant beauty training are strongly preferred

Experience in product recommendation and upselling is an advantage

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary: USD 1,300 – 1,500 (based on experience and skill level and open to negotations)
