Full-Time Bilingual Nanny - Russian Speaking

Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency Boise is seeking a bilingual nanny who speaks English and Russian, Ukrainian, or Belarusian-REQUIRED. The ideal nanny is kind, reliable, and truly loves caring for babies. They are passionate about providing high-quality, nurturing care and building positive, supportive relationships with both children and families.

Start Date:
Last week in March


Child:
One infant, 3 months old


Language Preference:
Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian-REQUIRED


Qualifications: 3
years of infant experience, CPR certification (upon placement), background check, reliable insured vehicle, must be 18 years of age with a High School diploma or GED


Schedule:
3-4 full days per week, Monday-Friday


Once you are on the Twinkle Toes Team, you are able to pick up additional backup and babysitter shifts.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

Infant Care Duties

Daily Care

  • Diaper changes as needed
  • Bottle feeding on schedule
  • Wash and sterilize bottles after each use
  • Burping after every feed
  • Track feedings, naps, and diapers on the timesheet or log


Sleep & Safety

  • Follow safe sleep practices: on back, in crib or bassinet, no blankets or toys
  • Follow the family’s nap schedule and routines
  • Use a baby monitor when the baby is sleeping
  • Never leave the baby unattended on elevated surfaces


Development & Interaction

  • Provide plenty of holding, snuggling, and eye contact
  • Supervised tummy time daily
  • Read books, sing songs, and talk to the baby
  • Engage in simple play such as rattles, soft toys, and grasping activities
  • Take walks outside if the weather allows


Health & Hygiene

  • Wash your hands before feeding or changing
  • Keep the diaper area clean and dry
  • Wipe the baby’s face and hands after feeding
  • Report any fever, rash, or change in behavior
  • Follow all allergy or medication instructions


Light Housekeeping (Infant Related)

  • Wash bottles and pump parts
  • Baby laundry as needed
  • Clean the highchair or tray after use
  • Tidy toys and the nursery area


Communication

  • Provide regular updates to parents, including feeding times and amounts, diapers, naps, and mood or behavior
  • Communicate any concerns immediately
  • Phone remains in purse or backpack except for emergencies
Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years infant experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass Criminal, Civil, and Driving background check
  • CPR/First Aid upon placement
