• Bilingual-Spanish/English
• Experience caring for children of various ages
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and professionalism with families
• Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to follow family routines and instructions while using good judgment

• Childcare experience with infants, toddlers, or school-age children
