Home Helpers Home Care is seeking a full-time Scheduler / Recruiter to join our growing home care team in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
The primary responsibility of this position is scheduling caregivers and maintaining staffing coverage. During downtime, this role will assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding caregivers.
We are looking for someone organized, dependable, able to multitask, and experienced in a fast-paced home care environment.
Position Details
- Full-Time
- Starting pay: $18/hour
- Pay may increase depending on experience, background, and qualifications
- Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours staffing support

REQUIREMENTS
- WellSky Personal Care experience REQUIRED
- Previous home care scheduling experience REQUIRED
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage call-offs and last-minute staffing changes
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of caregiver onboarding and compliance documentation preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage caregiver schedules and client staffing
- Handle call-offs, replacements, and shift coverage
- Maintain accurate schedules in WellSky
- Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Help maintain staffing coverage and caregiver retention
- Contacting client of schedule or personnel changes
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit and screen caregiver applicants
- Conduct interviews
- Assist with onboarding and hiring processes
- Review applications and resumes
Preferred Experience
- Home care agency experience
- Dementia, hospice, and senior care staffing knowledge
- Nevada home care experience is a plus
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
