As we continue expanding our impact across the country, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Bookkeeper – Billing & Finance Operations Assistant who is excited to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing remote team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations and administrative workflow.

Position Overview
This role will support bookkeeping, billing, and financial operations while also assisting with administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple financial and administrative systems in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Operations

  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Reconcile bank and payment accounts
  • Assist with balance sheets, profit & loss reporting, and financial tracking
  • Process payments and support billing workflows
  • Monitor transactions through Stripe and internal billing platforms

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Assist with general administrative tasks and operational support
  • Help coordinate internal documentation and financial records
  • Support administrative needs for continuing education courses and company events
  • Communicate with team members regarding billing and financial updates

Systems & Tools

  • QuickBooks
  • HubSpot CRM
  • Stripe payment platform
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • RingCentral phone system
  • Internal billing and practice management platforms

Qualifications

Required

  • Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Experience reconciling accounts and reviewing financial records
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred

  • Experience supporting billing operations
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and Stripe
  • Experience working with small business financial operations
