Full-Time Bookkeeper / Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a full-time Bookkeeper / Operations Coordinator to work closely with the CEO of a fast-growing consumer products distribution company serving major mass-market retailers across the United States and Canada.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing into a larger operational and finance leadership role over time.

The ideal candidate is comfortable managing bookkeeping responsibilities while also helping support the day-to-day financial and operational organization of a fast-paced entrepreneurial business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and vendor statements
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial organization
  • Assist with P&L reporting, cash flow tracking, and expense management
  • Coordinate vendor payments and track invoices/deadlines
  • Organize financial, operational, and administrative documents
  • Support the CEO with operational follow-up and task coordination
  • Help improve organization, systems, and day-to-day business operations
  • Assist with inventory, vendor, and operational reporting as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous bookkeeping experience required
  • Strong understanding of P&L statements and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Google Workspace preferred
  • Strong spreadsheet, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communication and accountability skills
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership in a growing business

Location: Miami Shores, FL
Full-Time | In-Office Only (Not Remote)

Pay: $35.00 - $36.00 per hour
