REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills and delivery.
- Proficiency in basic computer, data entry and typing skills is required.
- Positive attitude & the ability to adjust to change smoothly.
- The ability to multitask & maintain organization and accuracy is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively on a team in an office environment while working with our membership.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Serve membership by providing service and information in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner via telephone or correspondence.
- Answer and direct calls in a timely manner.
- Continuously check member service voicemail and reply to the calls accordingly.
- Assist members with basic questions.
- Assist members with remote access.
- Mail, fax, or e-mail new member applications, loan applications, and/or information to members and prospective members.
- Ensure that all Credit Union member and employee -related business is kept in the strictest confidence,
- Treat all Credit Union members and employees with a positive and cooperative attitude.
