Full-Time Call Center Representative (Construction Company)

About Us:

We are a fast-growing construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a full-time Call Center Representative with cold-calling experience join our team.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling to potential customers to introduce our construction and remodeling services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

Cold calling experience is mandatory. Applicants without proven cold-calling experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided lead lists

Professionally present our construction services and generate interest

Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our system

Follow up with potential clients and meet daily and weekly goals

Requirements:

Cold calling experience required (construction or home improvement industry preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident and professional phone manner

Strong work ethic, reliability, and goal-driven mindset

Basic computer and data entry skills
