Full-time Career Nanny in the South End of Boston

Nanny Kate & Co. is seeking a full-time Career Nanny in the South End of Boston for two children, ages 1 and 3, starting anytime from July to the end of August. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:30am - 6:30pm schedule with earlier departure on Friday (i.e., 5p) and an earlier arrival one day per week (i.e., 9a). Option for more hours if interested. A Nanny interested in growing long term with the family would be ideal!

A great match for this role brings a degree in education and/or a love of learning and teaching; someone passionate about creating fun, educationally inspired developmentally appropriate activities, diving into the children’s interests, and developing trusting relationships. Someone nurturing, easy going, supportive, proactive, playful, and active, who brings a positive attitude and excitement to the day would thrive in this role. The family would love to find a Nanny who can work independently but also collaboratively; who is professional, naturally proactive, self-directed, and organized. They encourage the nanny to plan playdates and outings in and around the city!

The Family has no pets.

Parking is available. A license is required; a car is not. A nanny car will be provided and daily driving will likely become part of the role. Please be a safe and confident driver who is comfortable and experienced transporting children.

The Family welcomes the Nanny to travel with them but this is not required. They would also love occasional date nights, overnights, and weekend days, but again, not required.

Compensation: $36+/hour with optional healthcare stipend, paid vacations, paid holidays, paid sick time. Guaranteed hours; pay on the books via payroll.
