Responsibilities and Duties
Varies by role but all commonly share:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers both on premises and by phone, addressing inquiries and guiding them to appropriate merchandise and solutions.
- Provide project solutions and complementary product suggestions to enhance customer projects.
- Assist customers with basic product as well as advanced project solution needs.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by being informed about new products, services, and vendor offerings to improve the overall customer experience.
- Share observations and ideas for improvements to be made in meeting our customer service objectives.
- Perform as part of a team which maintains a reputation for dependable customer service.
