Compensation: $16.00 per hour + Additional bonuses

Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week

About the Role: Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver looking for a consistent, full-time schedule? We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist our client in the comfort of their own home, helping them maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Important Requirement: There are large dogs in the home. You MUST love and get along well with big dogs. This is a non-negotiable requirement for this position.

What You Will Do:

Personal Care & Hygiene: Provide thorough bed baths, assist with dressing, grooming, and incontinence care.
Turning & Repositioning: Perform regular turning and repositioning of the client to ensure comfort and prevent skin breakdown.
Safe Transfers: Safely transfer the client using a Hoyer lift and other specialized transfer equipment.
Meal Preparation: Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals daily.
Medication Reminders: Provide timely and accurate medication reminders.
Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Pet-Friendly Presence: Be comfortable working in an environment with big dogs.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Dog Lover (Required): You must be 100% comfortable around large dogs.
Experience (Required): Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience. Prior experience using a Hoyer lift, giving bed baths, and turning/repositioning clients is strictly required.
Availability: Able to work a reliable full-time schedule (35-40 hours/week).
Reliability (Required): You must have a dependable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License.
Trust: Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
Personality: A warm, compassionate, patient, and proactive demeanor.
