Duties

• Operate the cash register using POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales accurately and efficiently
• Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product demos when needed
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

Skills

• Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is highly preferred
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and change calculations
• Ability to perform retail tasks such as merchandising, stocking, and product demos confidently
• Excellent phone etiquette with clear, professional communication skills
• Basic math skills essential for cash handling, balancing registers, and retail math calculations
• Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive problem-solving skills

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
