Full Time Child Care Center Toddler Teacher

Grow With Us childcare got its start in 1988. Its current owner was caring for her first child along with all of the neighborhood kids. After working in childcare centers herself, she saw a need for a daycare environment that attended to the happiness of the children. She developed a play based learning curriculum to teach children in a way that made them excited to come to daycare and interact with other children. That center was so successful that the business has evolved into three childcare centers.

We are searching for a Full-time Teacher for our 665 Edmonds Way Edmonds Grow With Us location in our Toddler classroom. An ideal candidate should have some experience (a minimum of 6 months) in a child care center or working with children, good communication skills, and be responsible/dependable. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children, who is caring and friendly.

Job Responsibilities Include: following and teaching a lesson plan and following a class schedule. Supervising a group of children, making sure everyone is safe and happy. Serving meals.Diaper changing and potty training. Posting daily updates to the parents on our Brightwheel app. Cleaning and closing the classroom at the end of day. Job requirements : High school diploma or GED, Portable background check, Basic Stars training (can be obtained after being hired), First Aid/CPR certification, & HIV/AIDs bloodborne pathogens training.

Pay is competitive and will be determined based on your teaching/child care experience as well stars training and first aid/cpr certification and education in Early Childhood Education classes.
