Full Time Childcare Teacher

```Duties```
- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Provide instruction in various subjects such as math, language arts, science, and social studies
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development
- Manage classroom behavior and promote a safe and respectful learning environment
- Use technology effectively to enhance instruction and student learning

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with students in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to handle behavior challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success
