Full-Time Chiropractic Assistant & Scribe (Video Submission Required)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the chiropractic team in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth operational flow within the upper cervical chiropractic clinic. Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor with patient care and flow throughout patient visit.
• Act as a scribe during patient visits to document patient encounter in the electronic medical record. Must be able to type and articulate a summary of the visit in the chart note. Accuracy, spelling, punctuation and ability to write in complete sentences required.
• Assist patients during office visits by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
• Perform patient testing at each visit.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the upper cervical chiropractic team to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks as needed.

Experience

• Ability to learn and communicate about upper cervical care is essential for effective patient education.
• Ability to communicate well in person, over the phone and by email or text.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient service to foster positive relationships with patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

Working Shift:

Seeking a full-time employee to work 5 days per week (approx 7-8 hrs per day) Monday - Friday. Our clinic sees patients from 9am to 4pm on MWF and 12pm-6pm TU/TH.
