Full Time Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and restocking short-term rental properties to ensure they meet high cleanliness and hospitality standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.

Work Hours

Mon-Sun 11am-3pm

Weekend as needed

Could be a super part time position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all areas of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Change and launder bedsheets, towels, and other linens after each guest stay.
• Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, kitchen items, and other amenities.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure floor care duties such as buffing and polishing, where applicable, to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items promptly.
• Follow cleaning checklists and quality control procedures to maintain consistency.
• Assist with light facilities maintenance when needed, ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
• Occasionally act as a porter, transporting and organizing cleaning supplies or linens within the facility.

Experience & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively.
• Reliable transportation to travel between rental properties.
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain high sanitation standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
