Position Overview

We’re looking for a compassionate Clinical Therapist passionate about enhancing women’s mental health. You will provide personalized therapy to support women and girls as they navigate life’s challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans for female clients.
• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family settings.
• Foster a safe environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
• Participate in community outreach to educate on women's mental health

Qualifications

• Licensure approved Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Pre-Licensed (Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work)
• Experience with women and girls facing mental health challenges
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Recent Graduates are also encouraged to apply
