• Manage and maintain computer networks, servers, and infrastructure.
• Support software applications including Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Assist with system updates, configurations, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation of systems and support activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to retail clients.
• Support IT infrastructure projects as needed.'

'Qualifications'' Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
