We are seeking a dynamic Full Time Customer Service Clerk to join our team. This energetic role involves delivering excellent customer support, managing client interactions, and ensuring smooth daily operations. • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in person or over the phone
• Handle customer transactions accurately, including cash handling and data entry
• Provide detailed product information and recommend items based on customer needs
• Main responsibilities include locking up at night, following a detailed cleaning checklist, and resetting the store inventory.
• Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) are a mandatory requirement for this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or call center roles preferred
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Previous experience with outbound calling, cash handling, and client services is advantageous

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
