What You’ll Do:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, payments, etc.)
• Build relationships with customers and identify ways to meet their financial needs
• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with account questions, problem resolution, and basic banking services
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and balances
• Support branch operations and work closely with your team
• Open customer accounts such as checking and saving

• Previous customer service or cash handling experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Additional Details:

This position involves frequent interaction with customers, handling cash transactions, and working in a team-based branch environment. Flexibility in scheduling and location may be needed.
