Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time) Location: Richmond, VA

THE ROLE

As a Dispatcher, you are the "air traffic control" of our fleet. You’ll be the primary liaison between our drivers and our customers, ensuring every package and pallet moves with precision.

Your Impact:

• RealTime Tracking: Monitor orders to ensure service standards and deadlines are met.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Use critical thinking to adjust routes and solve logistics puzzles on the fly.
• Fleet Leadership: Build rapport with drivers, providing the feedback and support they need to succeed.
• Customer Excellence: Act as a professional point of contact for clients, providing updates and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 2+ years of Customer Service experience. (Prior Dispatch experience is a major plus!)
• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the Richmond area geography and roads.
• Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication and the ability to stay calm in a fastpaced environment.
• Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Mindset: Selfmotivated, positive attitude, and a "teamfirst" mentality.
