About the Role

The ideal nanny is responsible, patient, and passionate about child development. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive, stimulating, and structured day for the children while working closely with the parents as a team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing attentive, loving care to children of various ages (infants through preschool)
• Preparing healthy, nutritious meals and snacks
• Planning fun, age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, and social skills
• Maintaining a safe and organized environment at all times
• Supporting daily routines (feeding, naps, diapering, educational play)
• Light housekeeping related to childcare (children’s laundry, toys, play areas)
• Collaborating with parents to maintain consistent routines and developmental goals
• Administering basic first aid and responding calmly in emergencies
• Supporting children with special needs, if applicable
• Incorporating preschool-style learning activities

Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Background check ready
• Excellent references from a recent, similar nanny position (required)
• Experience with infants and young children
• Reliable, professional, and genuinely caring
