Full Time Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members using accurate dental terminology
• Maintain and update patient records in our dental software, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Perform X-rays and manage related documentation in compliance with clinical standards.
• Clean, maintain, and organize equipment and workspaces to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant, with strong chairside assisting skills.
• Proficient in dental terminology and clinical procedures.
• Experience with dental software — Dentrix preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
• Ability to perform x-rays and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA, DANB) – Preferred.
• Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) – Preferred.
